Another big matchup for the Leps as they host the Giddings Buffaloes in their final pre-district game of the season. Once this one is wrapped up, 4A-2 Region III District 12 play gets underway, and all six teams in the district begin their battle for a spot in the UIL playoffs.

La Grange secured a massive win over Smithville last week, 66-6, bringing their record to 1-2 on the season.
Giddings comes in with a strong 3-1 preseason record. After opening with three consecutive wins (Rockdale 49-7, Furr 80-0, and Smithville 38-14), they suffered their first loss last week against Lexington, 34-20.
